Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods We Offer

DHL,TNT, UPS, FedEx etc.

All dresses will be shipped via express. Normally you will receive your order in 2-10 days after it was shipped.

We ship all over the world. If you can not find your country when checking out, please contact us.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery Time = Tailoring Time + Shipping Time

Delivery Time (time you pay successfully) = Tailoring Time (around 5-20 days) + Shipping Time (around 2-10 days)

If you need the dress urgently. Please choose rush shipping and note the occasion date, we will put your order on a prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time.

For some styles with complicated beading and handwork, it may take a few more days for processing.

3. Shipping Cost

For the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Mexico, the standard shipping cost is $29, expedited shipping cost is $49.

For other countries and regions, the standard shipping cost is $39, expedited shipping cost is $59.

If you choose expedited shipping, it means we will give priority to making your dress. And the shipping time is around 2-7 days.

Return Policy

We take great care in crafting every dress uniquely for you. Since all of our dresses are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality defect or we made an error in production. Please be sure to read our policies carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Unpaid Orders: Will not be processed.
  • Within 24 Hours of Payment: Eligible for a full refund.
  • 24 to 72 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 50% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
  • 72 to 120 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 30% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
  • After 120 Hours of Payment: Only the shipping cost will be refunded.
  • After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled.

Modifications to Size or Color

Changes to size or color must be requested within 24 hours of payment. Once production has started, adjustments will not be possible. If changes are absolutely necessary, additional fees may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Since every dress is custom-made, returns and exchanges are only allowed in the following cases:

  • The dress has a noticeable defect in material or workmanship.
  • The dress does not match your order due to a production mistake.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The dress does not fit due to incorrect size selection (please check our size chart before purchasing).
  • The dress has a slight variation (up to 1 inch) due to the handmade process.
  • The dress has small, unavoidable imperfections that do not impact wearability.
  • The dress is custom-sized, custom-colored, or made-to-measure.
  • Accessories are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide clear images of any issues.
  3. Return the item within 7-15 days. The dress must be in perfect condition, free from any stains or damage.
  4. Include the tracking number and reference code in your return.

If we confirm an issue, we will either offer a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

très belle robe mais attention à la taille et aux finitions

Robe très sympa, mais arrivée trop grande malgré la vérification sur le guide de taille et dentelle arrivée effilochée à plusieurs endroits.

Je mesure 1m68, pèse 57 kg et met habituellement du 36 ( en france). Le guide m'indiquait être entre le 38 et le 40 d'après les mensurations. J'ai pris du 38 ( donc en théorie trop petite d'après le guide), mais au final la robe est arrivée trop grande. Je l'ai fait reprendre par une couturière qui a fait un lassage dans le dos et a repris toute la dentelle effilochée. Résultat impeccable, mais heureusement que je m'y suis prise tôt pour les retouches.

J'avais hésité à faire sur du mesure du fait d'être entre 2 tailles d'après mes mensurations, mais au final faire ainsi était la meilleur solution car elle serait arrivée trop grande probablement.

Pour le prix je suis satisfaite.

so ein schönes Kleid habe ich nie gesehen. das Ausschnitt und die Spitze ist traumhaft. die Glitzer sind echt mega. die Farbe auch war schön. Lieferung hat nicht viel gedauert. die Verpackung war von der Seite stark beschädigt aber das Kleid kam ohne Beschädigungen
