Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods We Offer

DHL,TNT, UPS, FedEx etc.

All dresses will be shipped via express. Normally you will receive your order in 2-10 days after it was shipped.

We ship all over the world. If you can not find your country when checking out, please contact us.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery Time = Tailoring Time + Shipping Time

Delivery Time (time you pay successfully) = Tailoring Time (around 5-20 days) + Shipping Time (around 2-10 days)

If you need the dress urgently. Please choose rush shipping and note the occasion date, we will put your order on a prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time.

For some styles with complicated beading and handwork, it may take a few more days for processing.

3. Shipping Cost

For the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Mexico, the standard shipping cost is $29, expedited shipping cost is $49.

For other countries and regions, the standard shipping cost is $39, expedited shipping cost is $59.

If you choose expedited shipping, it means we will give priority to making your dress. And the shipping time is around 2-7 days.

Return Policy

We take great care in crafting every dress uniquely for you. Since all of our dresses are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality defect or we made an error in production. Please be sure to read our policies carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Unpaid Orders: Will not be processed.
  • Within 24 Hours of Payment: Eligible for a full refund.
  • 24 to 72 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 50% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
  • 72 to 120 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 30% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
  • After 120 Hours of Payment: Only the shipping cost will be refunded.
  • After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled.

Modifications to Size or Color

Changes to size or color must be requested within 24 hours of payment. Once production has started, adjustments will not be possible. If changes are absolutely necessary, additional fees may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Since every dress is custom-made, returns and exchanges are only allowed in the following cases:

  • The dress has a noticeable defect in material or workmanship.
  • The dress does not match your order due to a production mistake.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The dress does not fit due to incorrect size selection (please check our size chart before purchasing).
  • The dress has a slight variation (up to 1 inch) due to the handmade process.
  • The dress has small, unavoidable imperfections that do not impact wearability.
  • The dress is custom-sized, custom-colored, or made-to-measure.
  • Accessories are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide clear images of any issues.
  3. Return the item within 7-15 days. The dress must be in perfect condition, free from any stains or damage.
  4. Include the tracking number and reference code in your return.

If we confirm an issue, we will either offer a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

La robe parfaite

La robe est magnifique, la dentelle d'une très belle qualité... Il y a plusieurs doublures qui viennent ajouter un beau volume à la robe. La coupe met vraiment en valeur les formes.

Le colori "comme sur la photo" tire un peu trop sur le jaune pastel à mon goût mais je n'ai pas pris le temps de demander des échantillons de tissus... Je vais simplement la renvoyer et la recommander dans un autre coloris. Sur la photo de la robe portée, c'est le coloris blanc (robe d'essai).

Size 40 wedding dress

I ordered size 40, but should have ordered size 38. Therefore, I altered the dress. The dress arrived earlier which is great. I was very pleased with the dress, the fabric was chic, didn't look cheap at all, and I was very confortable in it. I absolutely loved the dress, i wore it on my wedding.

Lovely dress!

I had a great experience with JJ's House and the special order of my dress. The dress arrived ahead of schedule and looked fantastic on my wedding day. I got so many compliments on it. Someone had recommended wearing a crinoline underneath to help to fill out the dress and I would second that. For the price, the quality was fantastic. Couldn't be happier with my choice.

Classical well-made dress

After scouring bridal salons and turning up empty handed, I turned to the internet in a last ditch effort to find something classically beautiful, and this turned out to be it. My seamstress confirmed that dress is well-made. I ordered a standard size because I was nervous about buying something that could not be returned and the sizing chart for a 2 was close to my measurements. I certainly could have worn the dress as-is, but my shoulders are slightly un-even, so I decided to have some minor alterations performed just to make the back lie a bit flatter. She took it in at the shoulders, which only set me back about $40. I also purchased a slip to help the train drape nicely; The slip that I purchased had two hoops, and I removed the upper hoop so it just added a bit a poof to the bottom. I will say that the size 2 was too short for me to wear with heels, so I ended up wearing with flatter shoes. I might recommend ordering a custom size if you are on the taller side. Overall very happy with this purchase.
