Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods We Offer

DHL,TNT, UPS, FedEx etc.

All dresses will be shipped via express. Normally you will receive your order in 2-10 days after it was shipped.

We ship all over the world. If you can not find your country when checking out, please contact us.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery Time = Tailoring Time + Shipping Time

Delivery Time (time you pay successfully) = Tailoring Time (around 5-20 days) + Shipping Time (around 2-10 days)

If you need the dress urgently. Please choose rush shipping and note the occasion date, we will put your order on a prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time.

For some styles with complicated beading and handwork, it may take a few more days for processing.

3. Shipping Cost

For the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Mexico, the standard shipping cost is $29, expedited shipping cost is $49.

For other countries and regions, the standard shipping cost is $39, expedited shipping cost is $59.

If you choose expedited shipping, it means we will give priority to making your dress. And the shipping time is around 2-7 days.

Return Policy

We take great care in crafting every dress uniquely for you. Since all of our dresses are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality defect or we made an error in production. Please be sure to read our policies carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Unpaid Orders: Will not be processed.
  • Within 24 Hours of Payment: Eligible for a full refund.
  • 24 to 72 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 50% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
  • 72 to 120 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 30% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
  • After 120 Hours of Payment: Only the shipping cost will be refunded.
  • After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled.

Modifications to Size or Color

Changes to size or color must be requested within 24 hours of payment. Once production has started, adjustments will not be possible. If changes are absolutely necessary, additional fees may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Since every dress is custom-made, returns and exchanges are only allowed in the following cases:

  • The dress has a noticeable defect in material or workmanship.
  • The dress does not match your order due to a production mistake.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The dress does not fit due to incorrect size selection (please check our size chart before purchasing).
  • The dress has a slight variation (up to 1 inch) due to the handmade process.
  • The dress has small, unavoidable imperfections that do not impact wearability.
  • The dress is custom-sized, custom-colored, or made-to-measure.
  • Accessories are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide clear images of any issues.
  3. Return the item within 7-15 days. The dress must be in perfect condition, free from any stains or damage.
  4. Include the tracking number and reference code in your return.

If we confirm an issue, we will either offer a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Lovely Dress

Beautiful dress. The color is great and the fabric is a very nice quality. I really liked the option to order a free custom size because my measurements don't line up with the regular sizes. It fits me perfectly. I am glad I added an extra inch to the length. I would definitely use the custom size option again. It arrived in 3 weeks as expected.

Beautiful Dress

We ordered a custom sized dress for a wedding (bridesmaid) and it was a perfect fit. The quality was beautiful and it came packaged carefully, turned inside out to protect the lace detail. The ribbon was detachable. Very comfortable and flattering.

Great Quality Fabric!

I ordered this as a try on as I'm going to be a bridesmaid in a September wedding. Fabric is great quality, I was very impressed. the dress is very comfortable. As long as the bride is happy with it, I may keep it. It will need a couple of minor alterations, but what bridesmaid dress doesn't. I know I could order this dress in a custom size, but the discount to keep a try on dress is very appealing. Anyways, it's a great dress, in a great color, with high-quality fabric. I couldn't ask for more, and I would highly recommend JJ's house. This is my first experience with them, and so far, I am very pleased.

I can't say enough about how pleased I was with these dresses for my bridesmaids. We chose the custom fit option and they were all perfect.

Beautifully flowing material, well made and so flattering. The girls loved them and said they were beautiful to wear.
