Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods We Offer

DHL,TNT, UPS, FedEx etc.

All dresses will be shipped via express. Normally you will receive your order in 2-10 days after it was shipped.

We ship all over the world. If you can not find your country when checking out, please contact us.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery Time = Tailoring Time + Shipping Time

Delivery Time (time you pay successfully) = Tailoring Time (around 5-20 days) + Shipping Time (around 2-10 days)

If you need the dress urgently. Please choose rush shipping and note the occasion date, we will put your order on a prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time.

For some styles with complicated beading and handwork, it may take a few more days for processing.

3. Shipping Cost

For the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Mexico, the standard shipping cost is $29, expedited shipping cost is $49.

For other countries and regions, the standard shipping cost is $39, expedited shipping cost is $59.

If you choose expedited shipping, it means we will give priority to making your dress. And the shipping time is around 2-7 days.

Return Policy

We take great care in crafting every dress uniquely for you. Since all of our dresses are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality defect or we made an error in production. Please be sure to read our policies carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Unpaid Orders: Will not be processed.
  • Within 24 Hours of Payment: Eligible for a full refund.
  • 24 to 72 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 50% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
  • 72 to 120 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 30% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
  • After 120 Hours of Payment: Only the shipping cost will be refunded.
  • After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled.

Modifications to Size or Color

Changes to size or color must be requested within 24 hours of payment. Once production has started, adjustments will not be possible. If changes are absolutely necessary, additional fees may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Since every dress is custom-made, returns and exchanges are only allowed in the following cases:

  • The dress has a noticeable defect in material or workmanship.
  • The dress does not match your order due to a production mistake.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The dress does not fit due to incorrect size selection (please check our size chart before purchasing).
  • The dress has a slight variation (up to 1 inch) due to the handmade process.
  • The dress has small, unavoidable imperfections that do not impact wearability.
  • The dress is custom-sized, custom-colored, or made-to-measure.
  • Accessories are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide clear images of any issues.
  3. Return the item within 7-15 days. The dress must be in perfect condition, free from any stains or damage.
  4. Include the tracking number and reference code in your return.

If we confirm an issue, we will either offer a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Retro and stylish

This was exactly the dress I wanted. I did order a few others on this website and I found one that was okay but not really the vibe I was going for. I ordered this one at the last minute, and it was just what I needed: simple but elegant, with a touch of vintage style. It even has pockets!! I did have to take the sleeves in a bit, and take out the chest cups, which just looked very weird. If I had had time I would also have altered the chest as it didn't fit exactly right. Knowing what I know now, and I hadn't waited till the last minute, I would have had my measurements taken by a tailor and had it tailor-made, and then probably altered again to fit exactly right. However, I loved to wear the dress :) It was very comfortable and I was able to dance all night. Highly recommend!

Great Quality

The Dress is great, a little big even though I got custom sizing. I will have to take it in about half an inch on either side of the dress. Other than that, the quality of the fabric and stitching is great. I'm 5'1 and it falls right in the middle of my shin which is perfect for what I was looking for. We are having a Hobbit themed wedding so this will work perfectly, I'm so excited.

This one is so pretty, the bodice is a weird color but once it’s on you, you don’t even notice. It was a big tight for me & it wasn’t flattering but had it been like one size bigger it would’ve been just

Beautiful dress

My dress came within 4 days of ordering it.
I got it in sale so wasnt expecting much.and being online, It is beautiful my dream dress, took a gamble buying Champagne colour, im 53 and this is my 2nd marriage so traditional was out the window.
My only critisism is the sizing ontop. I measured and the 20 was my bust size. Unfourtunatley its to tight. I am going to source a seamstress get it alteted and get it took up as its really long.
Quality i will give 10 out 10 .
