Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods We Offer

DHL,TNT, UPS, FedEx etc.

All dresses will be shipped via express. Normally you will receive your order in 2-10 days after it was shipped.

We ship all over the world. If you can not find your country when checking out, please contact us.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery Time = Tailoring Time + Shipping Time

Delivery Time (time you pay successfully) = Tailoring Time (around 5-20 days) + Shipping Time (around 2-10 days)

If you need the dress urgently. Please choose rush shipping and note the occasion date, we will put your order on a prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time.

For some styles with complicated beading and handwork, it may take a few more days for processing.

3. Shipping Cost

For the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Mexico, the standard shipping cost is $29, expedited shipping cost is $49.

For other countries and regions, the standard shipping cost is $39, expedited shipping cost is $59.

If you choose expedited shipping, it means we will give priority to making your dress. And the shipping time is around 2-7 days.

Return Policy

We take great care in crafting every dress uniquely for you. Since all of our dresses are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality defect or we made an error in production. Please be sure to read our policies carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Unpaid Orders: Will not be processed.
  • Within 24 Hours of Payment: Eligible for a full refund.
  • 24 to 72 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 50% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
  • 72 to 120 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 30% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
  • After 120 Hours of Payment: Only the shipping cost will be refunded.
  • After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled.

Modifications to Size or Color

Changes to size or color must be requested within 24 hours of payment. Once production has started, adjustments will not be possible. If changes are absolutely necessary, additional fees may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Since every dress is custom-made, returns and exchanges are only allowed in the following cases:

  • The dress has a noticeable defect in material or workmanship.
  • The dress does not match your order due to a production mistake.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The dress does not fit due to incorrect size selection (please check our size chart before purchasing).
  • The dress has a slight variation (up to 1 inch) due to the handmade process.
  • The dress has small, unavoidable imperfections that do not impact wearability.
  • The dress is custom-sized, custom-colored, or made-to-measure.
  • Accessories are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide clear images of any issues.
  3. Return the item within 7-15 days. The dress must be in perfect condition, free from any stains or damage.
  4. Include the tracking number and reference code in your return.

If we confirm an issue, we will either offer a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Beautiful Try on Dress

The try-dress sent to me was perfect for my daughter and in brand-new condition! The return was so simple and the try-on dress helped us to determine the correct size, and we plan to order this dress!

Robe supplémentaire pour le mariage de son grand frère

Cette robe fait partie du 2e lot acheté sur ce site. Nous avons été tellement satisfaits de notre 1er commande que nous avons, dans la foulée, acheté des robes supplémentaires (pour le mariage de son frère qui se fêtera sur plusieurs jours). Par contre les robes sont très grandes et longues, pour notre fille qui est toute fine, donc nous avons pris une taille en dessous. Le tissu est de qualité, les finitions soignées mais, contre toute attente, même si elle est très belle cette robe à paillettes est celle qui nous a le moins impressionné du lot. Les robes en mousseline nous semblent plus raffinées et mieux adaptées au thème champêtre du marriage.

Great quality dress but runs a little big

I was very surprised and impressed with the quality of this dress! It does run slightly larger and longer than the typical size I would purchase for my daughter but the return process is very simple. Can't wait for the newer, smaller size to arrive as I think it will be PERFECT for our upcoming wedding! The color is true to the picture too. The photo is of the larger size we ordered to show quality of color and material, but I'm sure the smaller size we are waiting on will fit better and be more snug on my daughter.

Gorgeous dress

We brought this dress for my daughter and it is absolutely stunning and very high quality. It would have needed taking up but apart from that it fit perfectly. Unfortunately she was a bit sensitive to the sequins under her arms so we have had to send it back and ordered another dress. Customer service have been great.
