Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods We Offer

DHL,TNT, UPS, FedEx etc.

All dresses will be shipped via express. Normally you will receive your order in 2-10 days after it was shipped.

We ship all over the world. If you can not find your country when checking out, please contact us.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery Time = Tailoring Time + Shipping Time

Delivery Time (time you pay successfully) = Tailoring Time (around 5-20 days) + Shipping Time (around 2-10 days)

If you need the dress urgently. Please choose rush shipping and note the occasion date, we will put your order on a prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time.

For some styles with complicated beading and handwork, it may take a few more days for processing.

3. Shipping Cost

For the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Mexico, the standard shipping cost is $29, expedited shipping cost is $49.

For other countries and regions, the standard shipping cost is $39, expedited shipping cost is $59.

If you choose expedited shipping, it means we will give priority to making your dress. And the shipping time is around 2-7 days.

Return Policy

We take great care in crafting every dress uniquely for you. Since all of our dresses are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality defect or we made an error in production. Please be sure to read our policies carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Unpaid Orders: Will not be processed.
  • Within 24 Hours of Payment: Eligible for a full refund.
  • 24 to 72 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 50% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
  • 72 to 120 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 30% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
  • After 120 Hours of Payment: Only the shipping cost will be refunded.
  • After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled.

Modifications to Size or Color

Changes to size or color must be requested within 24 hours of payment. Once production has started, adjustments will not be possible. If changes are absolutely necessary, additional fees may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Since every dress is custom-made, returns and exchanges are only allowed in the following cases:

  • The dress has a noticeable defect in material or workmanship.
  • The dress does not match your order due to a production mistake.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The dress does not fit due to incorrect size selection (please check our size chart before purchasing).
  • The dress has a slight variation (up to 1 inch) due to the handmade process.
  • The dress has small, unavoidable imperfections that do not impact wearability.
  • The dress is custom-sized, custom-colored, or made-to-measure.
  • Accessories are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide clear images of any issues.
  3. Return the item within 7-15 days. The dress must be in perfect condition, free from any stains or damage.
  4. Include the tracking number and reference code in your return.

If we confirm an issue, we will either offer a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Good quality but size a bit bigger than described. Color is match with the photo so be careful to choose color.

Love this Dress!!!

I love my dress. I was a little skeptical about the color when looking online, but in person it is actually really nice. The quality and style of this dress is just amazing.

It took me a while to figure out what size to order. My measurements indicated that the 26 was going to be snug in places. However, one of the sample dresses I tried on (a different style) was a 24 and it fit really well. This made me nervous to do a custom size, as my measurements would have made the dress bigger than the 26.

After a lot of back and forth, I decided to just order the 24 and see. Worst case scenario I could return it. It actually fits great. May need to he tit take in slightly under the arms. If I had to go woth tje size guide and get the 26, it would have been way too big.

Stylish and fits great

Measurements were clearly correct for bust and waist for choosing a size. With it being A-line, hip measurement is not necessary. Flowy and the back is stylish.

Abito molto bello, non ha deluso le aspettative né il colore né il modello, unica pecca è che la gonna risulta molto pesante con 3 strati e d'estate sicuramente morirò dal caldo ... Sicuramente da accorciare... Ho preso una 34 eu e mi sta bene, avrei potuto prendere anche una taglia più piccola visto che c'è una tolleranza da parte loro di 1/2 cm

Lovely Dress

The dress was custom made for my daughter's wedding and it turned out lovely! The fabric and style are perfect! The only problem we had was with the communication on the shipping status. Hopefully that will be rectified before the next dress comes.
