Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods We Offer

DHL,TNT, UPS, FedEx etc.

All dresses will be shipped via express. Normally you will receive your order in 2-10 days after it was shipped.

We ship all over the world. If you can not find your country when checking out, please contact us.

2. Delivery Time

Delivery Time = Tailoring Time + Shipping Time

Delivery Time (time you pay successfully) = Tailoring Time (around 5-20 days) + Shipping Time (around 2-10 days)

If you need the dress urgently. Please choose rush shipping and note the occasion date, we will put your order on a prior schedule and make sure you receive it on time.

For some styles with complicated beading and handwork, it may take a few more days for processing.

3. Shipping Cost

For the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Mexico, the standard shipping cost is $29, expedited shipping cost is $49.

For other countries and regions, the standard shipping cost is $39, expedited shipping cost is $59.

If you choose expedited shipping, it means we will give priority to making your dress. And the shipping time is around 2-7 days.

Return Policy

We take great care in crafting every dress uniquely for you. Since all of our dresses are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality defect or we made an error in production. Please be sure to read our policies carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Unpaid Orders: Will not be processed.
  • Within 24 Hours of Payment: Eligible for a full refund.
  • 24 to 72 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 50% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
  • 72 to 120 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 30% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.
  • After 120 Hours of Payment: Only the shipping cost will be refunded.
  • After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled.

Modifications to Size or Color

Changes to size or color must be requested within 24 hours of payment. Once production has started, adjustments will not be possible. If changes are absolutely necessary, additional fees may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Since every dress is custom-made, returns and exchanges are only allowed in the following cases:

  • The dress has a noticeable defect in material or workmanship.
  • The dress does not match your order due to a production mistake.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The dress does not fit due to incorrect size selection (please check our size chart before purchasing).
  • The dress has a slight variation (up to 1 inch) due to the handmade process.
  • The dress has small, unavoidable imperfections that do not impact wearability.
  • The dress is custom-sized, custom-colored, or made-to-measure.
  • Accessories are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide clear images of any issues.
  3. Return the item within 7-15 days. The dress must be in perfect condition, free from any stains or damage.
  4. Include the tracking number and reference code in your return.

If we confirm an issue, we will either offer a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Quick and beautiful

My dress was a custom make, and I gave a bit too small of a size for my arms or my arms got bigger lol because they fit exactly, and because of the texture of the fabric it's very irritating on my arms, they get red and will hurt after wearing it for more than an hour. That was my doing, they made the dress exactly as I said, so it's an exact fit!
the only thing is you will need a steamer because of the way they ship it in a small box folded in a specific way, after I steamed it, it looks so good! one thing tho is there are some things I noticed while I steamed the dress, I didn't notice right away tho so this is minor, but there seems to have been holes on the outer part of the dress that were stitched up afterwards from the shop, not the worst as it's fixed but I thought I had melted it by accident while steaming but upon further inspection it has been sewn.
the colour is exactly as It was in the picture and the fabric is soft and flowy. The dress is elegant and beautiful and I am so happy to have ordered from here, the team also emailed me to confirm my measurements as I had sent originally some wonky measurements and they noticed and thought to ask, I appreciated that a lot! very good communication and very good craftsmanship

I liked it but I will be returning it as it's not for me

The dress was well made but unfortunately didn't fit me properly. I'm a C cup and there was wayy to much boob space in the chest area, I'm sure it could of altered if it was the perfect dress for you.
It also came with a little bit of damage on the mesh area above the bust section. I also thought there was a nicer train but the train wasn't very flattering.
I'm 5'4 and I would deffinatly need to get it altered as it's a good bit to long on the fronth for me to walk.
Overall it's a nice dress and I'm sure it would be perfect for someone else

Simplement sublime pour un petit prix !

Cette robe de mariée est simplement sublime ! je l'ai achetée en blanc. Elle offre un beau volume avec son tulle souple. Le buste est magnifique, en voile résille et dentelle. Le dos magnifique aussi avec des boutons décoratifs qui donne un coté très chic ! Vous ne serez pas déçue, en tout cas moi je suis ravie !

Absolutely gorgeous wedding dress

I love this dress!!! It has all the sparkles and Beauty of a high end dress. This was the first time ordering from JJ House and I won’t hesitate to order again. Great company!!
